Emily’s Story

Emily Arrow creates music and media for young people that cultivates an appreciation for the literary arts.

A West Coast spirit now based in the South, Emily and her ukulele Bow pioneered bringing today's best picture books to life through song. She began creating music for children while she was a K-6 music teacher at a performing arts elementary school in Los Angeles.

During her time teaching, Emily found that her passion was collaborating with the library, art, and technology departments. Which led her to her current career as a kidlit singer/songwriter and author. Emily shares her work on her YouTube channel that now has over 11K subscribers.

Her albums Storytime Singalong, Vol. 1 & 2 include songs that have been #1 on SiriusXM’s Kids' Place Live and have received The Lennon Award, National Parenting Products Award and a Parents’ Choice Gold Award.
